Membership is the structure for hormone therapy. Some services are available as membership add-ons, and others can be purchased on their own. Both are laid out below.
How Membership Works

Complimentary Discovery Consultation
A no-cost conversation with a wellness coach about your symptoms, your health background, and your goals. This is where you learn how our programs work and decide whether to move forward. No treatment is prescribed at this visit.

Enrollment: Clinical Evaluation & Treatment Plan (fees apply)
Enrollment includes your comprehensive hormone laboratory panel, your initial provider consultation, and a treatment plan tailored to your symptoms and laboratory findings. Tier selection, prescription setup, and pharmacy coordination happen as part of this step.

Your Plan, Reviewed and Refined
Your provider walks you through your recommended tier and any add-ons that fit your goals. Most patients begin treatment within about a week, with medication delivered through our licensed pharmacy partners. Check-ins and follow-up labs continue as clinically appropriate, and once your plan is optimized, most routine follow-ups are handled through telehealth.

What does enrollment cover?
Your comprehensive initial lab panel, initial provider consultation, personalized treatment plan, membership setup, and pharmacy coordination. Enrollment is completed before your monthly membership begins, and ongoing follow-up lab monitoring is included as part of all monthly hormone memberships.
Is the consultation free?
The Complimentary Discovery Consultation is free. It’s a conversation about your goals and our programs. The clinical evaluation, laboratory testing, and provider consultation that follow are part of enrollment and carry a fee.
Can I combine add-ons with my membership?
Yes. Pairing a hormone membership with add-ons such as thyroid optimization, sexual wellness, hair support, or the Vitamin Shot Membership is common once your evaluation indicates it’s appropriate to do so. Ongoing lab monitoring for your hormone therapy remains fully included with your membership, though standalone à la carte services (like medical weight loss or individual vitamin injections) handle lab testing separately. Your provider will confirm which combinations make clinical sense for you.
Do I need a membership to receive other services?
No. Medical weight loss, peptide therapy, vitamin injections, nutraceutical support, and medical-grade skincare are standalone services available without a membership.
How do I know which tier is right for me?
Your consultation and initial laboratory findings point toward the tier best suited to your symptoms and goals. Your provider explains the recommendation before you commit to anything.
Do weight loss programs require a separate membership?
No. Medical weight loss is a standalone à la carte service. Whether it fits alongside a hormone membership is something to discuss with your provider.
Can I switch tiers or add-ons later?
Yes. Adjustments happen as your labs, symptoms, and goals change, and are handled during routine follow-up visits.
Do you accept insurance?
As a concierge practice, we operate outside insurance networks, which allows us to spend more time with each patient. We accept HSA payments across every tier and add-on.
